Carrier Service Details

• P.O. Boxes: We facilitate shipments to P.O. Boxes within Canada strictly through Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Please be advised that our private courier partners (UPS, Intelcom) are unable to deliver to these addresses.
• Military Addresses: We proudly ship to Canadian Forces Post Offices (CFPO) locations.

Cost Structure

• Complimentary Shipping: Hidelcusive offers free standard shipping on every order placed within Canada.
  • This complimentary service applies to the standard shipping option for orders after any discounts are applied, excluding sales tax.
• Expedited Services: Should you require faster delivery (e.g., Express service), the cost for these upgraded options will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Primary Shipping Partners

Our main logistics providers for Canadian deliveries are Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator and Intelcom. The carrier assigned to your order will be selected based on the package dimensions, delivery location, and address type.

Delivery Timeframe

The delivery time is calculated from the day your order is dispatched. Please note that this is separate from our internal order fulfillment/processing time, which does not include weekends or official Canadian holidays.

We ship to the United States and the following international regions: Australia, Austria, Belgium, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Arab Emirates (UAE), and United Kingdom.

Our primary shipping services for the U.S. and other international countries are managed by UPS, Purolator, and USPS.

Transparency on Fees (Delivered Duty Paid - DDP)

For both U.S. and other international shipments, all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are calculated and collected upfront during checkout. We guarantee this all-inclusive cost so there are no surprise charges upon delivery.

Product Customization Time (Currently Unavailable)

We are not currently offering personalization services (such as hand-painting or custom monogramming/debossing). Consequently, all in-stock items are processed without any additional lead time beyond our standard internal fulfillment period.

Order Tracking and Liability

A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email, allowing you to monitor your order's status 24 hours after it has left our facility.

Hidelcusive is not accountable for delays during transit caused by external circumstances outside our control, such as severe weather events, natural disasters, or carrier strikes. Please note that once an order has been shipped, the associated delivery charges are non-refundable.
