- Canadian Orders: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders across Canada. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
- U.S. & International: We offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. All duties, taxes, and shipping fees are collected upfront at checkout so there are no surprise charges upon delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer easy returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in pristine, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Canadian Returns: Process your return easily through our online portal. You can use our prepaid label for a flat $7 CAD fee, or ship it yourself.
- U.S. & International Returns:Customers are responsible for return postage. Original shipping fees, custom duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
